Cracked Blue Crab Curry Stir Fry (Pu Pad Pong Karee)

Celery leaves, garlic, scallions, onions and cilantro Stirred with eggs, curry powder, coconut milk & roasted chili oil. The top shell has been removed and the crab halved. This is a real traditional Thai dish I learned from momma, So prepare to get your hands dirty! Also you may need crab cracker.
